Editorial: Reparando el diseño: daños, cuidados y fragilidades

Resumen
Instaladas en una crisis climática derivada de lo que se ha venido llamando Antropoceno, se hace urgente revisar el papel que ha jugado el diseño, en complicidad con la industria y el mercado, en este daño eco-social de escala planetaria. Para ello, proponemos tomar la reparación como heurístico desde donde interrogar la práctica del diseño y sus productos. Porque la posición que ocupa la reparación ―al tener que confrontar y responder a los fallos y roturas derivadas de las decisiones del diseño― constituye un punto de vista privilegiado desde donde poder cuestionar y revisar los límites materiales y disciplinarios: el qué, quién, cómo, cuándo, dónde, por qué o para qué de la práctica del diseño. Algunas de las preguntas fundamentales que recorren estos dos volúmenes (#23 y #24) son: ¿Cómo la reparación podría ser una aliada del diseño? o ¿cómo sería un “diseño reparador” que evitara o minimizara el daño eco-social?
