Historia

Historia, founded in 1961 and published by the Instituto de Historia of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, is a free and open access on-line journal, aimed at researchers and readers specialised in History and other related disciplines of the Social Sciences and Humanities. It publishes unpublished articles in Spanish, English and Portuguese, the result of original research and related to the history of Chile and Latin America. It also encourages interdisciplinary dialogue and a continental perspective, and therefore also includes studies on art, anthropology, geography, literature and other disciplines that contribute to the epistemological debate and to the advancement of knowledge of the history of America and the history of Chile in an American perspective.
