Abstract

Between July 1992 andApril 1993surfaceozonemeasurements were madeinSantiagodeChile, in downtownand CampusSan Joaquín. Data was obtained with two TECO analyzers and the information was registered continously, The information given in this paper deals with the days that the ozone concentrations were higher than the leveis permited by chilean and canadian standards. DecemberandJanuaryarethe monthsthathavethehighest numberof daysthat exceedthenorm.The Campus have substantially more ozone concentration than the place measured in downtown.
