Abstract

The intensification of migratory flows of Haitians poses to the Chilean State the particular challenge of arbitrating the measures so that this group has access to religious assistance in hospital facilities under conditions of equality with the national population. This issue is not without problems, taking into account the racial and ethnic discrimination to which this group is subjected.
