Abstract

In our country we have a great cultural richness product of more than sixty autochthonous communities, all important, with an identity, customs, norms, values, principles, interests, religion and worldview that govern all their actions; situations although recognized by the State in their legal systems, are not valued, studied or consulted, which causes conflicts between traditional legal systems and national norms. So through this study we make some approximations to the community reality and its problems; the worldview as a transcendental element, the analysis of the Mexican constitutional framework and some cases that represent unresolved ancestral conflicts.
